How do you find the right size of bra to wear?
- First you need a measuring tape. Measure, in inches, around your rib cage just below your breasts. If it is an even number, add 4. If it is an odd number, add 5. That is you bra band number
- Then measure in inches around the largest part of your breasts. This is your full bust measurement.
- Subtract the bra band number from your full bust measurement. If the difference is less than 1 inch, you are an AA cup.
If the difference is 1 inch, you are an A cup.
If the difference is 2 inches, you are an B cup.
If the difference is 3 inches, you are an C cup.
If the difference is 4 inches, you are an D cup.
If the difference is 5 to 6 inches, you are an DD or E cup.
If the difference is 6 to 7 inches, you are an DDD or F cup.
